GTA V PC - Streaming issues. A lot of pop up when running with a fast car! (FIXES)

A lot of people have some streaming problems with GTA V for PC. The problems seems to appear when you are running with a fast car through the city.
Texture not loading, building appearing from nowhere, popping everywhere, not loading at all!

In my channel a posted a video with the problem happening in my PC:

This happened just once, but for some people that occurs every time they play.
In my case the problem was Chrome with a lot of tabs running at the background, in that case, that bug occurs because of CPU or memory(or both) being used by other applications.

So before trying the solutions below, just be sure to close all programs before running this game that demands a LOT of CPU.

SOLUTIONS:

1 - Trying to force the GTA 5 to use more CPU, so press CTRL + SHIFT + ESC, go to the Task Manager, find the GTA5 process, click with right mouse button over it and set process priority to HIGH. I don't recommend real time, but if wanna test it, go ahead.

That'll you improve your performance.

2 - Process Lasso https://bitsum.com/processlasso/ , this application do the same thing as above, but will avoid pressing alt+tab for doing it, avoiding some nasty problems or crashes. Try it!

3 - Self Radio, if you use some songs of your, forget it... If you got some problems, don't use your own songs.

4 - Setting the game to run at 30 fps, yes. In some way that helps the game a lot and for some people solves the problem.

5 - Try put the game in DX 10.1, maybe it helps.

Of course if nothing helps, try to change the graphics, test some settings.
